Taegan Goddard at Political Wire (Go the original site if you want to look

utter delusional arrogant prick Mitt Romney truly is. Apparently, the

SLOWEST CHILDREN OF THE PRESS CORPS: Jeremy Peters! Again!
*THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2012*
*Part 3—Slowest children from Michigan:* In fairness, the timing was
perhaps a bit odd.
Jeremy Peters’ “News Analysis” piece appeared in the New York Times this
Tuesday.
That was Election Day! His report was perhaps a bit late!
But if the timing was somewhat odd, the subject matter was welcome. When
last we looked in on Peters, he had offered a groaning report on an
extremely tired old subject: the press corps’ Official Standard Greatest

Familiar though that offering was, it was one of the *worst* such

Last month the *Proceeding of the National Academy of Sciences* published a
paper by Grinsted et al. titled, “Homogeneous record of Atlantic hurricane

paper and offer my argument for why it does not actually tell us much about

The paper looked at 6 tide gauge stations along the US Gulf and Atlantic

paper explains why this is important:

Yes, 2016 Started Already
I've mentioned this before, but I'm already hearing the complaints, so here

The battle for the 2016 Democratic nomination for president started some

The battle for the 2016 Republican nomination probably started during
September, during the stretch where Mitt Romney was down in the polls and
seemed to many to have little chance of changing that; it may have started
even earlier in a less serious way, but it surely began by midnight last
night, at any rate.
To be sure: both of these fights are very much in the preliminary stages.

The GOP would do well to look to Canada’s Conservative party as an example

Voter turnout in 2012 US presidential elections 9% lower than 2008

We Are Now A Center-Left Country
Many conservatives have held that we are, deep down where it counts, a

narrowly - voted for more government, more regulation, more war on drugs,

becoming Europe, even as Europe struggles to shed the costly burden of
socialism and become more like the USA of old.

Baby whale rescue may be too dangerous, say rescuers
THE search will be on again tomorrow for an entangled baby whale after
rescue attempts were called off this evening because of worsening weather
and an "aggressive mother''.
Luke McSweeney from National Parks and Wildlife Services' specialist
disentanglement team said they decided to call the rescue attempt off
because it was: "late in the day, the end of daylight and (there is) a very
agressive mother who is showing lots of signs of aggression''
"You don't want to get anywhere between a 40 tonne mother and its calf, it
could cause a fatality,'' he said.

Global Gargoyle Distribution
Dale Drinnon has pulled together a stack of individual reports on giant
bats all over the globe. We can make a few observations.
1 The creature and its sub species have a global distribution. This was
inevitable because it has a huge flying range and is not geographically
restricted.
2 The wing span is up to twelve feet but it has long strong hind legs and
the capacity to also walk on its hands(?). In that mode it is able to bunch
the wing skin onto its back out of harms way.
3 Body mass is comparatively small and the head may vary considerably

Mantle Borehole Test
We are attempting to drill ten kilometers below the ocean floor in order

that the Moho discontinuity is fractured rock the is water saturated but

least. This infers a hydrogen supply that can feed natural traps.
Thus any natural geological trap needs to be at least considered although
hydrogen will unfortunately escape too handily.

Ian Paterson 'botched ONE THOUSAND breast operations': Specialist suspended as police launch criminal investigation
Surgeon Ian Paterson is accused of operating on at least 450 women when
they were perfectly healthy. He also allegedly performed partial
mastectomies on another 700 who did have cancer, using a technique which
may have increased the likelihood of the disease returning. One lawyer

Iran says Obama should not expect talks
Iran reacted coolly to Barack Obama's re-election on Wednesday, as the head
of its judiciary condemned the "crimes" of US sanctions and indicated the
president should not expect rapid new negotiations with Tehran.
"After all this pressure and crimes against the people of Iran, relations
with America cannot be possible overnight and Americans should not think
they can hold our nation to ransom by coming to the negotiating table,"
Sadeq Larijani was quoted as saying by IRNA news agency.

Merkel hits out at British isolationism ahead of No 10 talks budget impasse
Angela Merkel delivered a warning against British isolationism yesterday as
the German Chancellor flew to London for talks with David Cameron aimed at
breaking the impasse over European Union spending.
The two leaders are at odds over the EU's budget for 2014-2020, which
Britain thinks should effectively be frozen, with only an inflation-linked
increase. Germany supports a small real-terms rise in spending and believes
the issue of minor importance compared with the eurozone crisis.

Carpenters Union, Under Fire For Mob Connections, Endorsed And Funded Gambino Crime Family Congressman, Michael "Mikey Suits" Grimm
Grimm with the Carpenters Union bosses
Obama won yesterday for many reasons. One of them was the overwhelming
support he had from unions-- although let me mention that my sister's
union, the American Federation of Teachers endorsed Obama and worked hard
for him on a national level, while her Staten Island local never tired of
urging the members to vote for Romney. We've been talking about unions that

More Hidden History Revealed: The REAL History Of How The Jews Destroyed Russia - Documentary: "In The Shadow Of Hermes"
As a student of true history, I am truly sickened by the absolute crap that
our failed "education" system continues to promote and lie to our youth of
today. I have long discovered that our true history has been kept hidden
on purpose, for if people would discover that they have been lied to all
their lives and that our real past is absolutely different than what we
have been taught to believe all these years, there would definitely be hell
to pay!
One facet of our history that I have always been intrigued with is the real
history of Russia in the 20th century and how exactly the ... more »

Crazy Fun with DownEast in Tooele
Do you have a go to outfit? One you know that will kill at any event? I
do, it is a grey dress that I bought at DownEast forever ago. I know that I

Confederation Overpass Opens
I was beginning to think I'd never see it happen, but after a few delays,
the Confederation Overpass opened for traffic today. While I normally doze
off on the bus ride to work, I'll suck back a little extra caffeine
tomorrow for the ride in so I can see how things go. I would have seen it
on my ride home from work earlier this evening if I hadn't have dozed off.
Theoretically, with the Thickwood overpass (which opened last year) and
the Confed. overpass now in place, you should be able to travel Highway 63
north out of the downtown core without delays.

News from the Jews - 2012 Election
Before highlighting some news items from the Jewish press regarding last
night’s election, I would like to say that I actually did go out and vote,
although I realize voting is a meaningless task “all Good, Patriotic
Americans” must complete to prove they are "engaged in the democratic
process” and “making their voice heard.”
The elections and the entire election industry – the debates, the political
ads, the speeches, the rallies, the media hype, etc. – are merely show put
on for public consumption. None of the candidates and media “experts” talk
about anything of substance, like t... more »

Laboring in the Neo-Feudal Economy
A Part-Time, Low-Wage Epidemic: The jobs gained recently by the U.S.

The number of Americans now working part time has soared to 8.3 million—up
313,000 in the past two months alone. With economic growth declining or
stagnant for quarter after quarter, many companies feel it is too risky to

Blind Followers of Evil: Voters For Obama Don't Mind Obama's Victims
The bad news is that Obama was reelected and is now free to attack both
Syria and Iran, while imposing austerity on the hard-working American
people. Domestic critics of Obama's policies will be labeled racists,
traitors, and terrorists, and thereafter imprisoned and/or executed on the
spot via drones and police/military.
The good news is that only 30% of the U.S. population wants the devious and
criminal Obama to be President. As Tony Cartalucci *explains in this tweet*,
"#Obama gets aprox 50% pop. vote out of aprox. 60% turnout = a whopping 30%
mandate by all eligible voters.... more »
