They finally agreed on something...

The "U.S. is a Battlefield" bill that gives the military the right to indefinitely detain U.S. Citizens without any due process. In passing this law, the U.S. Government has COMMITTED TREASON Against The American People.

If you are ACCUSED or SUSPECTED of being a Terrorist, you will detained by the military indefinitely and without any due process.

The NDAA violates the Posse Comitatus Act (
18 U.S.C. § 1385), as it will allow federal military personnel to engage in domestic law enforcement. This is profoundly unconstitutional and scary.

"Any person who has committed a belligerent act" against the US can be detained. S.1253 has become S.1867
