Ugandan family 'created 100 children and claimed to suffer from HIV' as part of £4 million benefit fraud

the benefit system. She also claimed to suffer from HIV and require
costly
drugs - but in reality the London-based Ugandan family sent them back to
Uganda to be sold for huge profits.
A court heard that supplying the drugs for so many years cost the
taxpayer
more than £2million.

AT least 56 people have been killed and thousands of homes have been
torched in a wave of communal violence in western Burma.
"Twenty-five men and 31 women have been killed in four townships and 2000
houses were burnt," Rakhine state spokesman Win Myaing said on Friday.
The deaths follow an outbreak of violence between Buddhist ethnic Rakhine
and Rohingya Muslims in the troubled state.

Hurricane Sandy pounded the Bahamas after claiming 21 lives in the
Caribbean, including 11 people killed in eastern Cuba.
The hurricane -- now a category two storm -- has wreaked havoc in Jamaica,
Cuba, the Bahamas and Haiti, downing power lines, damaging hundreds of
homes and ruining crops.
Forecasters warn that the massive hurricane now could merge with North
American weather systems and could morph into a powerful hybrid that US
media have dubbed a "Frankenstorm."

A British businessman was shot dead in Belgium as he left a restaurant with
his wife, the lifting of a news blackout reveals.
A British oil executive - named by Sky sources as Nicholas Monckford - has
been shot dead in Brussels.
The killing took place on October 14 but Belgian investigators had imposed
a news blackout on the death.
A foreign office spokesman said: "We can confirm the death of a British
