We have just gone through the nonsense of allegations that those tortured yield anything but drivel for the past 10 years south of the 49th;  now we have to contend here with illegal compliance with a policy that serves to generate institutional false witness. Urgent necessity is the spurious premise for the TV show '24' - not for actual operational concerns.
