America, the land of the free, has more prisoners than any other country in the world and over half of them are non-violent offenders.

‎"According to News21’s election fraud database, there have been a total of 10 cases of alleged voter fraud in New Mexico since 2000. In six of those cases the accused was a Campaign Official, and in 3 cases the accused was an Election Offic
ial. That leaves just one case of alleged individual voter fraud in New Mexico over the past twelve years. Meanwhile, the number of eligible, nonregistered voters in the state is believed to total more than 300,000. That number could rise if various voter roll purge tactics are successful."

Which scandal says the most about how Romney would "lead" as President?

Between his connection to Salvadorian death squads and beach patrolling for pot smokers, it's pretty clear Romney is a full-time jerk.

My Top 15 Natural Health Tips

Tip #12 - Consume Pure, Non-Fluoridated Drinking Water. Drink enough water daily to keep your body well-hydrated. The best beverage to consume for optimal health is natural spring water. If this is not possible, opt for water that has undergone high-quality water filtration. Bottled water also poses several adverse effects on your health.http://water.mercola.com/

The Pineal Gland is located in the geometric center of the brain.

Herophilus noticed that the small pineal structure was singular, unlike other brain features that are mirrored in the left and right hemispheres. It is the first gland to be formed in the foetus and is distinguishable at 3 weeks. It is also highly nourished. The pineal gland has been supplied with the best blood, oxygen and nutrie
nt mix available in the human anatomy, second only to that of our kidneys (whose function is to filter the blood of impurities). Because of this unique and special anatomical configuration, Herophilus rightly concluded it had a major role in consciousness and was the gateway to our real self.

The pineal gland reacts to light, this would suggest that the gland can somehow sense changes in the outside world without having 'direct' contact-

In general the pineal is a very active organ, having the second highest blood flow after the kidneys and equal in volume to the pituitary. It has the highest absorption of phosphorus in the whole body and the second highest absorption of iodine, after the thyroid. No other part of the brain contains so much serotonin or is capable of making melatonin. A unique anatomical feature is that it is an unpaired midline organ in the brain which, alone of all equivalent organs, has resisted encroachment by the corpus callosum (Wiener, 1968; Quay, 1974). Whilst being right in the centre of the brain, it is actually outside the blood-brain barrier and so is theoretically not part of the brain!

It is innervated solely by the autonomie nervous system. It shows extreme variability in size, form and internal structure from one individual to the next (Wurtman, 1979). There seems to be considerable functional connection between the pineal and the pituitary, in that their actions tend to be antagonistic, the pineal being inhibitory in relation to the pituitary. When LSD level is measured in the brain, it turns out that it concentrates mostly in the pineal and pituitary glands; secondarily in the limbic system structures such as the hippocampus, amygdala and fornix; and thirdly in the hypothalamus. (Wiener, 1968).

'The pineal synthesises and releases melatonin, and perhaps other hormones in response to norepinephrine, a neurotransmitter released from its post-ganglionic sympathetic nerves. As such, the pineal is a neuro-endocrine transducer like the adrenal medulla . . . The rate at which norepinephrine is released declines when light activates retinal photorecep-tors and increases when the sympathetic nervous system is stimulated (e.g., by hypoglycemia or severe stress).' (Wurtman & Moscowitz, 1977).

The pineal contains a pair of enzymes hydroxyindole—O-methyl transferase (HIOMT) and indole-N-methyl transferase (INMT) which are able to convert serotonin into a number of potent hallucinogens (Most, 1986). If you increase the concentration of pineal serotonin and block its normal enzymatic inactiva-tion, it becomes a substrate for other pineal enzymes, like HIOMT and INMT which are methyl transfer enzymes that catalyse the transfer of a methyl group from one compound to another. Thus serotonin can be converted to, for example, 5-methoxy-N,N-dimethyl tryptamine by these enzymes, a hallucinogen similar to the DMT found in cawa which the Amazonian Indians add to their Banisteriopsis brew (Most, 1986).
Normally serotonin is inactivated by the mitochondrial enzyme, monoamine oxidase (MAO), which converts it to an inactive metabolite. MAO is the major enzyme involved in the breakdown and inactivation of serotonin, dopamine, epinephrine and norepinephrine. Thus any enzyme which interferes with MAO will cause a build up in serotonin levels, which will lead to the pineal gland making endogenous hallucinogens. Harmala alkaloids are serotonin antagonists, CNS stimulants, hallucinogens and extremely potent, short-term MAO inhibitors.

“A new form of bio-mineralization has been studied in the pineal gland of the human brain. It consists of small crystals that are less than 20 μm in length. Several structure types have been identified using scanning electron microscopy. Energy dispersive spectroscopy showed that the crystals contain only the elements calcium, carbon and oxygen.” - Bioelectromagnetics: Simon Baconnier; Sidney B. Lang; Maria Polomska; Bozena Hilczer; Gary Berkovic; Guilia Meshulam]

In this particular body through which this, then, at present is emanating, the gland with its thread known as the pineal gland is the channel along which same then operates, and with the subjugation of the consciousness - physical consciousness - there arises, as it were, a cell from the creative forces within the body to the entrance of the conscious mind, or brain, operating along, or traveling along, that of the thread or cord as when severed separates the physical, the soul, or the spiritual body. Edgar Cayce (288-29)

Ancient Greeks believed the pineal gland (epiphysis) to be our connection to the Realms of Thought. Iamblichus repeats the statement of Plato(428/427 BC – 348/347 BC) that the study of the science of numbers tends to awaken that organ in the brain which the ancients described as the "eye of wisdom", the organ now known to physiology as the pineal gland.

Leonardo depicted the location of the soul at the point where a series of intersecting lines meet (Santoro, 2009).

‘Where the skull divides there lies the Gate of God.’ - The Taittireeya Upanishad

Descartes, a French philosopher born 1650 who resided in the Dutch Republic, was heavily influenced by the ancient writings of Plato, Socrates and Aristotle (as are all philosophers through to modern day). He talked of the pineal gland as a "Seat of the Soul". He believed it to be "full of animal spirits, brought to it by many small arteries which surround it."

The PINEAL/EPIPHYSIS sits directly in the center of the cranial ethmoid bone which is referred to in Gray's Anatomy Book, as ''THE GREAT WING" because of it's winged shape.

The human pineal gland, in the centre of the brain, has been found to contain large numbers of calcite micro-crystals that “bear a striking resemblance” to calcite crystals found in the inner ear. The ones found in the inner ear have been shown to exhibit the quality of piezoelectricity. If those found in the pineal gland also have this quality then this would provide a means whereby an external electromagnetic field might directly influence the brain. -(Dr.) Grahame Blackwell

“When you bring the energy down into the pineal gland from the crown chakra, it touches something in there that we will call the master blueprint or the God cell that is in direct contact and communication with the seventy trillion cells in your body.”
