Mornin', fans! Here's a handy little Facebook life-hack that should keep your newsfeed from being overwhelmed by media orgs that post a lot (dang, there are a lot of us).
Go to your newsfeed. In the top right corner, just under your "update status" bar, there should be text that reads "sort by: top stories." Click it, and you can switch your newsfeed to "sort by: most recent," which takes care of that weird stacking thing Facebook sometimes does. Boom! An easily read newsfeed is yours.
