Biden accused of trying to entrap Trump
Red States: A new report is shedding light on exactly how the DOJ investigation into Donald Trump over supposed “classified documents” at Mar-a-Lago got started. The FBI recently raided the former president’s Florida home, claiming possible violations of the Espionage Act and other national security concerns. What flowed after the unprecedented action was a series of coordinated leaks from inside the government meant to make Trump look guilty of crimes. But how did things get that far? Apparently, it started with the National Archives, which is run by a partisan hack who decide... read more

Vocal minority of Republicans' do not want Trump or DeSantis
Washington Examiner: Republicans who would like to see the party move beyond former President Donald Trump have a problem: Many of them don’t like the Republican best situated to beat him. Trump continues to lead in polls testing Republican voters' preferences for nomination for president in 2024. The second-place finisher is usually Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. If Trump doesn’t end up running, pluralities of Republicans and GOP-leaning voters tell pollsters that DeSantis is their first preference. And in a few places, such as their shared home state of Florida, there are polls sh... read more

How U.S.-and-allied newsmedia deceive their publics to believe what the Government wants them to believe
Eric Zuesse One prominent way that the U.S. regime and its allies (or vassal-nations) deceive the public is by false headlines that often don’t even represent the news-report fairly or at all. US-Backed Ukrainian Officials Are Trying To Prosecute Journalists
This past May, Rand Paul, the Senator from Kentucky, did something that made a lot of sense. Before a vote to send another $40 Billion to Ukraine, Paul demanded language that would create oversight for that money. Most of Congress was furious with him for daring to put restrictions on U.S. funding for the proxy forces in Ukraine. One of his peers who was most upset with him was Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. The Economy Should Serve People – Not Vice Versa
The economy’s job is to work for people. It is not the job of people to sacrifice themselves on the altar of the economy. The subconscious feeling drummed into all of us that we should feel some sense of collective pride for being ground into dust in service of economic growth is a sick bit of indoctrination that is stubbornly hard to escape. The simple step of asking what the economy is doing for us — rather than what our lives are contributing to the economy — can go a long way toward reframing how we all think about this. They say that behind every fortune is a crime; likewise,... read more
