These types of pot arrangement provide effective refrigeration in asll types of climates and really just need to be placed inside a ventilated shed which should exist everywhere. It is an outer shell- inner shell configuration with wet sand maintained in the space beteween the shells. Having a continous water supply would also be handy. most well water is at least cool if available. We do get a passive cool storage environment aloowing perishables to be kept cool for a full refrigeration cycle.
