Product Review: Regeneratively Raised Chicken Broth From Azuluna Foods
Have you ever eaten bone broth or chicken broth before? Both of these foods are among the best sources of collagen, which is the most abundant protein we hold in our bodies that is strongly linked with healthy skin, anti-cancer and anti-aging properties (learn more about it here). After years of eating almost exclusively beef bone broth, and getting additional collagen from a prominent vegan collagen-enhancing and catalyzing herb, I decided to give chicken broth a try recently. Chicken bone broth is something a friend of mine at a local health food cafe had been raving about for mon... read more
Product Review: A Line of Versatile and Delicious Organic Spices Unlike Anything Else on the Market
At certain times in history, spices were said to be “worth their weight in gold” because of their ability to preserve food, especially meat. Nowadays we don’t often think of spices as being the most important part of our meals and snacks, but they certainly are delicious ways to add flavor that are well worth purchasing whether you’re a foodie or a chef. Unfortunately, many spices on the market are irradiated and laced with preservatives. Thankfully, there are much healthier alternatives, like FreshJax Organic Spices. Coups are never the answer
I just want to be clear about one thing. Although I do believe electronic voting fraud is real and rampant, coups are never the answer and I'll explain why. What's bad for the goose is bad for the gander. The CIA has been actively involved in Coup d'états all over the world and it's never a good thing. It's always to subvert democracy. Yes, voter fruad is also an atempt to subvert democracy but two wrongs don't make a right. The simple solution is to acknowledge the risky nature of electronic voting and mail in ballots by preserving physical ballots for a judicial recount. read more
