3,573 Fetal Deaths in VAERS Following COVID-19 Vaccines – 1,867% Increase Over Non-COVID Vaccines
The most recent update of the U.S. Government's Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) database shows that there have now been 3,573 fetal deaths following COVID-19 vaccines. Using the exact same search parameters for all FDA-approved vaccines for the previous 30+ years before the COVID-19 vaccines were given emergency use authorization in December of 2020, we find 2,519 fetal deaths, the vast majority of which followed vaccines produced by Merck. Here are the yearly averages: 82 fetal deaths per year following non-COVID vaccines - 3063 fetal deaths per year following CO... read more

Where the Fed went wrong
I have a new article at The Hill, which discusses various reasons why the Fed screwed up in the second half of 2021. Here’s an excerpt: I see at least three reasons for the Fed’s policy mistake. The oligarchy and the convoys
Roger Kimball: ... There are several ironies regarding the Canadian chapter of this uprising against the self-appointed elites who wish to rule us. For one thing, although Canadian officialdom is bemoaning the fact that the truckers had, in effect, closed the U.S.-Canada border, Trudeau had essentially sealed the border between the two countries for more than a year. The Babylon Bee captured this side of the situation brilliantly with a story headlined “Trudeau Demands Protesters Stop Shutting Down City So That He Can Shut Down City.” For another thing, the trucker protest has ... read more

The false comparison of BLM riots and Trucker convoys
Tiana Lowe: In the summer of 2020, Gretchen Whitmer praised not just Black Lives Matter but also the “spirit” of the "defund the police" movement. Two years later (and facing a nail-biter of a reelection campaign), the Michigan governor has changed her tune when it comes to the Canadian truckers conducting their Freedom Convoy. Whitmer called upon the growing demonstration, which is currently stalling transit between Michigan and its northern neighbor, to end the “unacceptable” protest. VIA Rail wants more bailout money after firing 1,000 workers over mandates
True North is reporting that "After laying off a third of its workforce over vaccine mandates and receiving $187.5 million in pandemic bailouts, VIA Rail is now asking the federal government for more taxpayers’ money." "Last year, the Liberals gave the company $187.5 million in COVID-19 relief as well as for a plan to cover VIA Rail’s deficits. Despite the bailout, the company laid off a third of its workers – totalling 1,016 employees – after the Trudeau government announced a vaccine mandate for federally regulated industries. America’s Real Adversaries Are Its European And Other Allies
What worries American diplomats is that Germany, other NATO nations and countries along the Belt and Road route understand the gains that can be made by opening up peaceful trade and investment. Rethinking Land And Relation In Berlin’s Struggle For Housing Justice
Across Europe, affordable housing is being pushed farther and farther out of reach. Homes are increasingly owned not by the people who live in them, but by companies who rent them out for profit. Housing is no longer treated as a public good, but as a commodity and vehicle for wealth and investment. In Berlin, which currently boasts some of the fastest-rising housing prices in the world, the situation is particularly extreme. Following the collapse of the Berlin Wall in 1992, private investors flocked to the city to capitalize on the state-supported financialization of the housing ... read more
