Panama Border Run Trip
Kurt and I have applied for residency in Costa Rica. Until we are approved though, which generally takes about a year (give or take), we have to leave the country every 90 days. Our last two trips have been to Nicaragua. This time we decided to go to Panama. Morón Air Base The U.S. is requesting a change in a bilateral treaty with Spain in order to have permanent deployment of troops in that country to respond to crises in Africa. The U.S. has requested Madrid to turn a Spanish military base in Moron de la Frontera “into a permanent base for responding on crises in Africa,” according to El Pais Monday.
