Finally, last night, Paul Ryan agreed to accept the post-Boehner Speakership. He offered the extremists in the so-called Freedom Caucus a bone, a delay in deciding what to do about the procedural motion-- a motion to vacate-- used, at least in theory, to remove a House Speaker.
