Who Will You Help?
I'm not a big fan of Kathleen Wynne, nor of the sacred shibboleth that WE NEED MORE WOMEN IN POLITICS. (Think Margaret Thatcher for a quick antidote to that.) But this impressed me. Sexual violence and harassment are "rooted in misogyny," Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne said Friday as she unveiled a plan she said was aimed at changing behaviours and challenging social norms. The "It's Never Okay" plan includes new legislation and a public awareness campaign centred around an ad depicting assaults and harassment the premier described as uncomfortable to watch, but much harder to exp... more »
Will House Democrats Help Boehner Keep His Speakership?
We often complain about a coterie of right-wing Democrats who consistently bolster the anti-family Republican agenda by backing Boehner on crucial votes-- not someone who does it once in a while because of his or her district's special circumstances but the New Dems and Blue Dogs who generally agree with Boehner's world view. As we pointed out Thursday in our *House of Cards* analysis, New Dems believe that the strengths of the United States come from technology, capital markets, and the military. They believe that the U.S. projects power and stability by promoting our multination... more »
Black People Don't Trust the Police
The Justice Department’s Ferguson police report has been a lightning bolt of controversy and has exposed the systematic and violent use of police power against African Americans in the city. Some have also used it to draw parallels between current events and racial tensions from 50 years ago. RT’s Ben Swann talks with civil rights activist and author Perry Redd about the current state of race relations and their history.
Watch the linked video and read the linked article. All Americans have to learn these things, but they won't find them from the despicable mainstream media, which repeat the goverment's lies as though they were the truth.

WIN for Patient Rights!
In Ontario -- finally -- patient rights will trump physicians' panty-sniffing and finger-wagging. Doctors who refuse to prescribe birth control or other medical services because of their personal values could face possible disciplinary actions, Canada’s largest medical regulator says. Pro-Vaccine Propaganda Setting Stage For Ugly End-Game Scenario
Bernie Suarez Government propaganda is now reaching surreal levels. Anyone awakened to the plans of the globalist new world order understands the context of the accelerated multi-phased propaganda. However, the masses still watching and believing mainstream media news still seem clueless to what is really happening both domestically and abroad. Or are they? Despite the disparity of the awareness, many of us get the sense that at least some are becoming less clueless with every day that goes by. Perhaps this is wishful thinking or optimism but I get the feeling this might be the c... more »

While Clinton Hid Emails, $6 Billion Went Missing in Her State Dept.
Aaron Dykes The political world is swarming over revelations that Hillary Clinton hid her emails during her time as Secretary of State. Western Medicine Under Fire: The Death of Informed Consent

The human element is being removed from the equation, replaced by computers to give us our options, and legislation to remove our choice. Samira Ahmed's *Newswatch *discussed the BBC's coverage of the unmasking of Mohammed Emwazi. Three specific aspects of the BBC's reporting have prompted complaints: (1) the continued use of the nickname 'Jihadi John' days after Enwazi's real name was made known, (2) the BBC's habit of claiming 'exclusive' developments on such a harrowing story, and (3) the BBC's reliance on testimony and information from dubious sources, including Islamic State defectors and CAGE. The main complaint, however, was that that the weight of coverage serves to help Islamic State in getting its prop... more »

Lobbyists 'delaying Apache contract'
[image: AH-64E Apache]A £1bn British army contract to replace its Apache attack helicopters is being held up due to lobbying by the firm AgustaWestland, Whitehall insiders have said. The delays risk adding significantly to the cost of running the existing Apache fleet, and of acquiring new aircraft direct from Boeing in the US at a cheaper price. The dilemma of giving work to a British firm or buying a much cheaper option is much like the one that occurred back in 1995 when the current generation of attack helicopters was bought. Read more
