The Origins of the Global Warming Scare

Did you know, that the “Human caused Global Warming” hypothesis didn´t originate in the 1980s, but actually in the 1880s? Although, until the late 1970s, the hypothesis was considered “a curiosity”, since it contradicted observed events.

There’s more to climate fraud than just tax hikes

By now we know that Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW) theory has been built on a mixture of hype and massaged data. Various carbon tax schemes have been put forward, even unprecedented proposals for a world wide taxation authority to be overseen by the UN. Does it follow that the primary agenda behind the fraud was implementing these new taxes, or were these proposed tax schemes secondary and part of a proclivity on the part of the state to seize any opportunity to enhance revenue?
In the three decades since AGW was made into a political tool by Margaret Thatcher’s Conservative Party, tax laws have been “reformed” many times… more

Israel’s Bedouin Denied Right to Elections

Law Allows Jewish Officials to Rule Local Council Indefinitely
Some 35,000 Bedouin residents of Israel’s southern Negev have been denied the right to hold their first local council election after the Israeli parliament passed a law at the last minute to cancel this month’s ballot.
The new law gives the government the power to postpone elections to the regional council, known as Abu Basma, until the interior ministry deems the local Bedouin ready to run their own affairs.
Legal and human rights groups say the move is an unprecedented violation of Israel’s constitutional principles. Taleb a-Sana, a Bedouin member of Israel’s parliament, has written to its speaker warning that “it is not possible to have democracy without elections”.
The vote in Abu Basma was scheduled to take place six years after the council was established under the transitional authority of a panel of mostly Jewish officials appointed by the interior ministry.
Critics say the government changed the law specifically to avoid bolstering the position of the Bedouin residents, who are engaged in a legal battle with the state for the return of ancestral lands confiscated decades ago.

Iraqi Political Deal Clears Way For U.S. Pullout

The passage of Iraq's new election law in a down-to-the-wire session of parliament means that U.S. combat troops are a step closer to beginning their phased withdrawal from the country next year.
U.S officials were concerned that continued Iraqi political wrangling could upset the timeline. More than 100,000 American troops are currently serving in Iraq, and most would depart under the plan. Under an Iraqi-U.S. security agreement, about 50,000 remaining troops serving in advisory roles would leave by the end of 2011.
Just before a midnight deadline Sunday, Iraq's parliament approved a compromise on the distribution of seats among Iraq's ethnic and sectarian groups in the next parliament. The vote clears the way for elections early next year, probably in late February.
It is so sad now -- more so when one sees what man can do to man and ruin a people in a matter of few years -- the saga of post Zaheer Shah Afghanistan. Currently, a lethal mix of bigoted murderers and western forces is ravaging the country, and devastating its beautiful people.

They are now so down and out that it will be a miracle if Afghans are ever able to pull themselves out of the depths they have been dragged to. Obama's proposed pull-out by 2011 will leave behind ghosts or, at best, zombies.

No Peace Is Possible Without Truth

When we are ready to actually face the truth, we will come to the conclusion, that the so-called “War on Terror” is a war on Middle Eastern people, a war on developing countries in Africa and South-America as well, a war on Islam and Muslims all over the world; and with all the new anti-terrorism laws reducing or even abolishing most of the Civil Liberties in all western countries, it actually is now a war on all of humanity.
We bloggers are searching for truth, knowing that some truths, like the spiritual ones, can only be approached and never be totally comprehended with our human understanding.
In the same way other truths, scientific or historic, will sometimes be presented in imperfect and even contradicting theories for lack of final conclusive evidence. We are never finished learning as individuals and as a human species. And therefore our imperfect theories have to be revised often.
The climate-gate scandal isn´t about errors in theories, which always can happen, but about deliberate falsification of data. However, there are truths concerning science or the most recent history which can be established with near perfect certainty, following the lead of testimonies, documentary and physical evidence and, of course real, and non-falsified scientific data.
Let´s take the “Global Warming” fraud which is unraveling at the moment. The real “inconvenient truth” here is that Al Gore was deliberately lying and “Hockey Stick” Mann and his clique were deliberately falsifying data and pushing those who wanted to be honest out to create the deceptive image that the “science was settled” on the issue. Mann and Co were in the employ of a powerful Malthusian elitist group, serving a political agenda not the pursuit of honest scientifically based truth.

A most widely-cited factor behind the recent U.S. wars of choice is said to be oil. “No Blood for Oil” has been a rallying cry for most of the opponents of the war. While some of these opponents argue that the war is driven by the U.S. desire for cheap oil, others claim that it is prompted by big oil’s wish for high oil prices and profits. Interestingly, most antiwar forces use both claims interchangeably without paying attention to the fact that they are diametrically-opposed assertions.
Not only do the two arguments contradict each other, but each argument is also wanting and unconvincing on its own grounds; not because the U.S. does not wish for cheap oil, or because Big Oil does not desire higher oil prices, but because war is no longer the way to control or gain access to energy resources. Colonial-type occupation or direct control of energy resources is no longer efficient or economical and has, therefore, been abandoned for more than four decades.
.....The war also contributes to the escalation of fuel prices in indirect ways—for example, by plunging the U.S. ever deeper into debt and depreciating the dollar, or by creating favorable grounds for speculation. As oil is priced largely in U.S. dollars, oil exporting countries ask for more dollars per barrel of oil as the dollar loses value. Perhaps more importantly, an atmosphere of war and geopolitical instability in global oil markets serves as an auspicious ground for hoarding and speculation in commodity markets, especially oil, which is heavily contributing to the recently soaring oil prices.
As much as 60% of today’s crude oil price is pure speculation driven by large trader banks and hedge funds. It has nothing to do with the convenient myths of Peak Oil. It has to do with control of oil and its price. . . . Since the advent of oil futures trading and the two major London and New York oil futures contracts, control of oil prices has left OPEC and gone to Wall Street. It is a classic case of the ‘tail that wags the dog.’[8]

US Climate Change Bill Promotes Nuclear Industry

The new Democratic climate change bill , introduced in the Senate by Barbara Boxer and John Kerry, contains more advantages for nuclear power than even the legislation which passed in the House of Representatives last June. Included are waste management, financing and loan guarantee arrangements, regulatory risk insurance, as well as R&D and training programs. Joseph Lieberman is understood to be preparing the fine print for the bill which is presently “short on details”. The bill however does describe a “new era for the nuclear industry.” Other vital findings include:
(6) even if every nuclear plant is granted a 20-year extension, all currently operating nuclear plants will be retired by 2055;
(7) long lead times for nuclear power plant construction indicate that action to stimulate the nuclear power industry should not be delayed;
(8) the high upfront capital costs of nuclear plant construction remain a substantial obstacle, despite theoretical potential for significant cost reduction
