Jo Cox snuffed out to boost EU Remain campaign

Knowledge Is Power at Knowledge Is Power - 3 hours ago
Jo Cox is dead. She was killed in Batley by a man who it is claimed is a neo-nazi. The motive? Why, because she was campaigning for the UK to remain trapped in the EU concentration camp! Seriously - we are supposed to believe that some lunatic nazi shot her dead because killing a puppet politician would change things in the UK! But would killing an MP have an impact upon public life? Well, if the intention was to paint pro-Freedom advocates as 'terrorists' and to make voting to leave the EU appear to be an act of condoning terrorism, then yes, there would be an impact. Noor Zahi Salman: Everything You're Hearing About Me Is a Lie

DownWithTyranny at DownWithTyranny! - 3 hours ago
*-by Sam Husseini* Virtually everything in the media about Noor Zahi Salman, Omar Mateen's wife, is from anonymous government sources. They lie in situations like this. Such anonymous sourcing helped facilitate the lies used to invade Iraq and countless other horrific policies. They're doubly dangerous during a panic, consider that after government anthrax killed people in 2001, Andrew Sullivan talked about using nuclear weapons. And the government has a lot of incentives to lie about this case. They failed to keep people safe. So, what to do? Blame the wife. Blame the Muslims. ... more »

What Does China Exactly Spend On Its Military

War News Updates Editor at War News Updates - 5 hours ago
Photo: World Affairs Board *CSIS:* *What does China really spend on its military?* A country’s defense spending represents the most direct way of measuring its potential military capability. In terms of gauging relative military strength, the size of defense budgets can be compared between countries over a set period of time. These comparisons are particularly insightful when tracing regional trends in military spending and identifying critical political events that have accelerated defense allocations. Defense budgets also serve to identify the importance of a country’s armed forc... more »

* This is my article in BusinessWorld last June 13, 2016. Free trade means free individuals and a free society. People who cannot find certain goods and services at specific quality from local producers given their limited personal or household budget may be able to find those from foreign producers. And people who cannot sell their products or services to local buyers may find those buyers abroad. And this highlights the beauty of free trade: No trade will occur unless both parties, the buyer and seller, will benefit. There are losers and gainers in free trade of course, the same ... more »
