Mariah Zeisberg I’m rather critical of Andrew Coan’s Rationing the Constitution: How Judicial Capacity Shapes Supreme Court Decision-Making (Harvard University Press). I find it theoretically and empirically underdeveloped. Its underdevelopment may actually be helpful in assuring it some measure of impact.
