Outdated regulations are forcing a choice between love and social security.
This is clearly a serious problem that first needs a political solution. A framework has to be created that works rather than generating undesirable outcomes. It is also now producing real numbers. In the past it could be handled in an ad hoc manner which sort of worked or did not. now we need a better solution and it is time for stakeholder to figure out how. I do think the money is already there and the potential exists for lowering future costs.
