He didn’t have a penny to his name, but getting his dog back was all that mattered to him. A young homeless man was found sleeping out front of an animal shelter in the hopes that his lost dog would show up. A worker at DeKalb County Animal Services in Georgia arrived at work in the morning to find the man lying on the sidewalk out front of their shelter.
