A Look At How Saudi Arabia Is Transforming Kosovo Into A Radical Islamic State
New York Times *Carlotta Gall, NYT*: *How Kosovo Was Turned Into Fertile Ground for ISIS* Extremist clerics and secretive associations funded by Saudis and others have transformed a once-tolerant Muslim society into a font of extremism. PRISTINA, Kosovo — Every Friday, just yards from a statue of Bill Clinton with arm aloft in a cheery wave, hundreds of young bearded men make a show of kneeling to pray on the sidewalk outside an improvised mosque in a former furniture store. The mosque is one of scores built here with Saudi government money and blamed for spreading Wahhabism — the... more »

Rep. Duncan Hunter, California Republican and House Armed Services Committee member, wrote Mr. Mabus to question the naming of an Arleigh Burke-class destroyer after former Sen. Benefits of Soaking Your Feet in Apple Cider Vinegar
It is amazing how the enthusiasm for apple cider vinegar keeps rolling on. In the end, it is really the vinegar of choice for therapies calling for ingestion and that usually is called for as a counter to over indulgence. Then it is really good for you. Generally though diluted as a drink is a simple way to use it. The Roman soldiers actually got a daily ration of wine vinegar in order to add to their water or the other way around. That at least suppressed pathogens from local creek water on the march. Considering that they covered twenty miles every day on the m... more »
As Obama's Presidency Winds Down, Mothers in Federal Prison Hope for Compassion
[image: 2016 0508m] There is a subset of the prison population in which leniency is clearly indicated. All need a creditable sponsor such as a religious leader in order to allow pardons to be granted in the volumes truly required. It is bone easy to pick a case. It is a nightmare to responsibly choose ten thousand cases and that is surely what is needed. Thus sponsorship needs to be legislated into existence along with a tracking system that establishes sponsor success regarding recidivism. Rather obviously this can open the door to corruption and the threat... more »
Donald Trump, the Centrist, has Attracted an Army of Disaffected Patriots
Radical Centrist is the proper label that describes most of us. So called left or right positions are seen as radically wrong headed at the least and symptomatic of immature thinking. At least Conrad Black is in the remarkable position to actually judge the Donald on his past behavior and I am impressed. I am also impressed on his brilliant development of his campaign. It was ultimately genius but also forced the Donald to assume the role of a accomplished actor playing Archie Bunker. Do not imagine this is ever easy for an Ivy league educated person. NRA Suckers Fall For Trump

The Real, Honest-to-Goodness Date of the Aztec UFO Crash (Maybe)
It is now time to consolidate all the information we have gathered about the date of the Aztec UFO crash. It began when it was claimed that the date had been identified and agreed to by all the various UFO researchers for a long time. That didn’t seem to be right to me so I decided to take a look into it. Yes, in my book, *History of UFO Crashes*, I said the date was March 25, 1948. I had gone through some of the literature on the subject and like everyone else; I liked the precision of having a single date for it. I also noted that this was a hoax, one that I believed everyone in t... more »

Most GMOs on the market are Round-Up ready. While there are considerable uncertainties associated with studying the safety of genetic modification techniques, there are fewer uncertainties in applying classical laboratory testing procedures to evaluate the safety of the chemicals that are widely and extensively used on the GMO crops that we consume in the US. How Many End Of The Republican Party Articles Will We See Over The Next Year?
Trump isn't as "un-Republican" as people sometimes paint him. Like the House Republicans, Trump seems to have agreed to making repealing Dodd-Frank, a bill meant to protect Americans from Wall Street excesses. "Trump told Reuters in an interview Tuesday that he will produce a plan that’s 'close to a dismantling' of the 2010 financial regulation law that came in response to the 2007-2008 financial crisis." The Germans study Russian, flirt with the local girls, the women wash their clothes and feed them. They have to carry on somehow... But suddenly the teenage son of the film’s heroine decides to run away to the partisans and blows up a German train so that they could accept him. He gets caught and the Germans have to execute him in order "to teach others a lesson". That’s the order ... more »
Oklahoma Gov. Vetoes Bill Criminalizing Performing Abortions

The Poet: John O’Donohue, “For The Time Of Necessary Decision”
*“For The Time Of Necessary Decision”* “The mind of time is hard to read. We can never predict what it will bring, Nor even from all that is already gone Can we say what form it finally takes; For time gathers its moments secretly. Often we only know it’s time to change When a force has built inside the heart That leaves us uneasy as we are. Perhaps the work we do has lost its soul Or the love where we once belonged Calls nothing alive in us anymore. We drift through this gray, increasing nowhere Until we stand before a threshold we know We have to cross to come alive once more. May we ... more »

“The Power of Intention”
*“The Power of Intention”* by Brandon West "What is the power of intention? Moreover, what does it mean to connect to the power of intention? In this article we will not explore what intention is exactly, because I don’t believe anybody can really know that. However, we can most definitely use intention and experience it directly for ourselves which is what you will gain from reading this article. Carlos Castaneda described intention as follows based off of the description he was given by his teacher, Don Jan: “He said that in the universe there is an immeasurable, indescribable fo... more »
"The Fierce Urgency Of Now..."
○ "Still, being fragile creatures, humans always try to hide from themselves the certainty that they will die. They do not see that it is death itself that motivates them to do the best things in their lives. They are afraid to step into the dark, afraid of the unknown, and their only way of conquering that fear is to ignore the fact that their days are numbered. They do not see that with an awareness of death, they would be able to be even more daring, to go much further in their daily conquests, because then they would have nothing to lose- for death itself is inevitable." - Paul... more »
"Neutrality..."
"Why should we cherish "objectivity", as if ideas were innocent, as if they don't serve one interest or another? Surely, we want to be objective if that means telling the truth as we see it, not concealing information that may be embarrassing to our point of view. But we don't want to be objective if it means pretending that ideas don't play a part in the social struggles of our time, that we don't take sides in those struggles. Indeed, it is impossible to be neutral. In a world already moving in certain directions, where wealth and power are already distributed in certain ways, neu... more »
“How the Deep State's Cronies Steal From You”
*“How the Deep State's Cronies Steal From You”* by Bill Bonner DUNMORE EAST, Ireland – “We came down the coast from Dublin to check on our new office building. For this visit, we wanted to stay somewhere different than we normally do. So we chose a small hotel on the coast, called the Strand Inn. It is an excellent place for seafood and soda bread on a rainy day. Later, you can go to the bar, get in your cups, and sing sad songs about dead Irish heroes. Ireland has a literate, educated population. It is pleasant… pretty… and has a low corporate tax rate. So, we are expanding here. ... more »

*"Weekly News Wrap-Up 5/20/2016"* By Greg Hunter’s USAWatchdog.com "Saudi Arabia is in deep financial trouble, and that spells financial trouble for the U.S. Let’s connect the dots. Shall we? The Senate just passed a bill that releases 28 secret pages from the 9/11 Report, and it also allows the families to sue the Kingdom if it was involved in the attack. Saudi has threatened to dump U.S. assets if this becomes law. Some people say they would never do that because it would hurt them. I say, they may be forced to sell U.S. Treasuries and other assets because they need the money. Th... more »

"A Look to the Heavens"
“Have you ever seen the Pleiades star cluster? Even if you have, you probably have never seen it as dusty as this. Perhaps the most famous star cluster on the sky, the bright stars of the Pleiades can be seen without binoculars from even the depths of a light-polluted city. With a long exposure from a dark location, though, the dust cloud surrounding the Pleiades star cluster becomes very evident. *Click image for larger size.* The featured exposure took over 12 hours and covers a sky area several times the size of the full moon. Also known as the Seven Sisters and M45, the Pleiades... more »
Chet Raymo, “Stars In Our Eyes”
*“Stars In Our Eyes”* by Chet Raymo “The hot, dense surfaces of stars emit light in every part of the visible spectrum, from deep red to violet. The part of the spectrum that is the brightest depends on the star's temperature. Cooler stars appear red (their temperature is the same as the red burner on your stove). The hottest stars appear bluish. Our Sun, with a middling surface temperature of about 6000 degrees C, is brightest in the middle part of the spectrum and appears yellow to the eye. But all the colors are there, as you see when sunlight is refracted through raindrops and... more »

Oh Well..."
"In real life no argument has a really neat and conclusive ending, least of all a discussion ranging over vast and varied fields. The end of this one must be inconclusive for the deepest philosophical reasons, but it must also be so because human behavior and artistic truth demand it. The two men in a pub, or on a seat in a garden - it is no longer quite clear where they are - become aware of the time, and they have to end abruptly on the sort of note real people always come back to: 'Oh well, I dunno." - Denis Diderot Graphic: Rembrandt van Rijn (1606–1669) "Two Men in Discussion"
"Experiences Shape Your Reactions- No Wrong Response"
*"Experiences Shape Your Reactions- No Wrong Response"* by Madisyn Taylor, The DailyOM "There is no such thing as a right or wrong response to any given situation as we all come to it with our own experience. Our view of the universe is largely determined by our experiences. It is when we are caught off guard by the spontaneity of existence that we are most apt to respond authentically, even when our feelings do not correspond with those of the multitude. Events that arouse strong emotions with us or are surprising in nature can be disquieting, for it often is in their aftermath tha... more »

They think that just because I went to Mexico, I left the US. They don’t understand. I didn’t leave the United States. It left me. It was a bait-and-switch operation.
