Therefore, it is a given that the next banks to crash will refinance themselves by bailing IN, which means conficating their depositors' money. Theoretically, we are all protected by deposit insurance up to $250,000, but the FDIC doesn't have enough to remburse one bank's loss, much less if they all collapse at once. Moral: If you have money deposited in one of the big banks, get out PRONTO and put it in a credit union.

I have loved Bobby Keys for as long as I've known of his existence, which
is to say a very long time. If you read *Life*, Keith Richards' memoirs,

U.S. Defense Secretary: Future US Navy Small Surface Combatant SSC to be based on LCS

Secretary Chuck Hagel released on December 11th, the future Small Surface
Combatant (SSC), a more lethal and survivable ship being considered as a

Second C-130J Super Hercules Delivered To Republic Of Tunisia

Russians will join PM Modi’s ‘Make in India’ initiative

in the next two decades and will join the “Make in India” initiative of the
Modi government through the manufacture of “advanced” Russian helicopters
in India for both civilian and military use.

asked Moscow to establish manufacturing facilities in India for spares and

Saab receives FMV order to extend Gripen lease in the Czech Republic

order from the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) for the
extended lease of Gripen from Sweden to the Czech Republic.
This agreement provides for the continuing support and upgrade of the Czech
aircraft for a further 12 years. The order is valued at approx. SEK 576
million.
Gripen has been in service with the Czech Republic since 2005. In May 2014
a new agreement between Sweden and the Czech Republic extended this
partnership for a further 12 years.

Italy to run F-35 fighter jet service center

to Italy have announced that an Italian site run by defense contractor
Finmeccanica has been designated as the maintenance center for all F-35
fighter jets based in Europe.
The deal, announced in Rome Thursday, will be a boost for Italy, which is
suffering from double-digit inflation and withering investments.
It will also help Finmeccanica, whose image was tarnished by corruption
allegations surrounding a helicopter contract for India.

Kinloss rescue co-ordination centre closure announced
RAF Kinloss
The search and rescue co-ordination centre at Kinloss in Moray is to close,
the Ministry of Defence has announced.
A total of 27 RAF posts and 10 civilian posts are said to be affected by
the relocation to the National Maritime Operations Centre at Fareham.
The Kinloss centre co-ordinates RAF, Royal Navy and Coastguard search and
rescue helicopters, as well as the RAF mountain rescue service.

12 sailors implicated in submarine shower scandal

viewing secretly recorded videos of their female shipmates undressing in a
submarine shower over a period of 10 months, according to a new

The scandal has marred the Navy's gender integration effort begun four

Undercover Cops Busted by Crowd in Oakland
An undercover cop last night in a Berkeley, California protest was caught
flashing his gun at protesters after he and another undercover operative
were outed when someone pulled his mask off his face. Some witnesses
claimed the two cops were previously seen banging on bank windows and
trying to incite protesters to commit violence. The two cops were
eventually identified as California Highway Patrol sent into Oakland
supposedly unknown to the Oakland Police Department.

CIA Director John Brennan has defended the agency's post-9/11 interrogation
methods but admitted some techniques were "harsh" and "abhorrent".
Speaking at CIA headquarters, he said some officers acted beyond their
authority but most did their duty.
A scathing Senate report two days earlier said "brutal" methods like
waterboarding were ineffective.
