I've just got back from a visit to the podiatrist. I developed an ingrown toenail that, in turn, developed a very nasty deep infection. The doctor reckoned the nail had to go to save the toe, and clean out the infection. While he was doing that, he also took off three nails that had been infected with a fungus of some kind decades ago in Africa, and which had never healed up, no matter what treatment I tried. I’ve been making some vegetable/fruit drinks since our daughter gave us a sample a few weeks ago. She has a “Nutri-bullet” but I’ve been using my blender, and I think the texture is about the same, but takes a little longer and a few extra spins on “puree.” Also, for easier digestion, I first zap the kale and spinach in the microwave. Iraq saw across the board growth in its oil exports in May 2018. The average oil flow, prices, and revenues were all up for the month. The Oil Ministry also signed contracts with several companies after its latest auction, and oil exports from Kirkuk to Iran finally began.
